About The Role

Skills:

• Excellent graphic design, visualization, typographic, production and personal management skills
• A collaborative and creative attitude
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral
• Ability to think independently, problem solve, and brainstorm creative solutions
• Thrive and multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications such as Photoshop and Illustrator
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (templates, animations)
• Degree in Graphic Design or Related Field
• Adobe After Effects skills a plus
• 1-3 years design experience

Responsibilities include:

• Follow branding guidelines and effectively communicate design decisions
• Enhance and edit PowerPoint presentations created by Instructional Designers for video offerings
• Design a variety of projects including graphics for video training, presentations, email marketing, info-graphics, icons and logos
• Take projects from concept through final delivery with oversight from Design Manager.
