What you will be doing

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

A streamlined and modern CRM UI is an area of interest within our CRM delivery team. This intern would lead a UI/UX evaluation of a targeted set of Salesforce objects within our production SF Lightning environment followed by documentation and delivery of the planned enhancements.

This internship is for a rising college Junior or Senior interested in CRM and CRM Analytics. The focus of this role will be on design thinking when translating a business process into a logical UI. This internship would also carry the responsibility of enhancing a CRM implementation playbook for use within AmerisourceBergen.
