In This Role You Will

• Support the design of the analytic governance models, processes, and procedures.
• Identify, track, and analyze program performance metrics
• Support the development of high-level ROI/Business cases
• Apply advanced quantitative techniques to solve complex problems
• Develop, administer, and analyze surveys
• Identify, develop, and analyze measures and metrics
• Support project teams to develop executable analytic solutions
  

Qualifications

To be sucessful in this role you will have:

• Citizenship with the ability to attain a DoD Secret clearance.
• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Preferred fields of study: Mathematics, Data Science, Physics, or related discipline.
• Ideal candidates are rising juniors, seniors, or Spring 2022 graduates.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including some experience with Excel.
• Experience using Business Intelligence applications (e.g., Power BI, Qlik).
• Academic experience data modeling and data analysis, data reconciliation and interface validation.
• Experience programing SQL, Python, R or Java.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong requirements gathering and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong work initiative and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating in a team environment.
