In This Role You Will
- Support the design of the analytic governance models, processes, and procedures.
- Identify, track, and analyze program performance metrics
- Support the development of high-level ROI/Business cases
- Apply advanced quantitative techniques to solve complex problems
- Develop, administer, and analyze surveys
- Identify, develop, and analyze measures and metrics
- Support project teams to develop executable analytic solutions
Qualifications
To be sucessful in this role you will have:
- Citizenship with the ability to attain a DoD Secret clearance.
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- Preferred fields of study: Mathematics, Data Science, Physics, or related discipline.
- Ideal candidates are rising juniors, seniors, or Spring 2022 graduates.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including some experience with Excel.
- Experience using Business Intelligence applications (e.g., Power BI, Qlik).
- Academic experience data modeling and data analysis, data reconciliation and interface validation.
- Experience programing SQL, Python, R or Java.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong requirements gathering and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong work initiative and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated experience collaborating in a team environment.
