Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of relevant experience in management consulting, sales, or marketing at an agency, client-side marketing team, or technology or media company.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience developing agency partners and successfully driving new agency business opportunities.
- Experience with profit and loss and executive consulting, with excellent business acumen.
- Experience delivering business results for your organization or customers.
- Ability to lead and manage multiple projects with a broad range of internal and external constituents simultaneously.
- Ability to think strategically about complex issues and develop recommendations and action plans.
- Effective analytical, sales, and problem-solving skills.

As the Google Customer Solutions (GCS) Agency Lead, you will act as the GCS lead for Independent agencies across AU. You will focus on growing long-term relationships with the agency's executives, providing transformative consulting and advice to ensure they remain profitable, sustainable businesses, while driving scalable product adoption and business growth across the broader portfolio of customer accounts. We are focused on empowering the many of businesses that use Google advertising solutions through agencies and other Google technologies, towards the goal of driving business for our customers, our partners, and Google. In this role, you will gain broad exposure to many Google products and people, and identify and implement solutions that best suit the unique needs of our agency partners and GCS customers.

In collaboration, we create and implement business plans broadly for all types of businesses.
Responsibilities
- Deliver against assigned quarterly goals on new and existing business, while prioritizing and delivering outstanding experiences to Google's managed agency partners. Grow agency business via driving scalable product adoption and business growth.
- Own and grow primary agency relationships from executive-level down to specific account teams, including business directors and performance and digital leads.
- Engage in joint business planning with agency executives, offering consultative services to help grow their broader business, ensuring Google is seen as a key partner to their organization.
- Build compelling, data-driven long-term agency plans leveraging internal and third-party data. Synchronize agency plans with your Agency pod and internal cross-functional teams to further develop managed agencies.
- Act as an ongoing thought leader for the Head of Agencies on strategic initiatives and agency-level planning.
