Application Manager, HR Business Process Responsibilities:
- Define product strategy to drive business outcomes for the HR function.
- Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of technical solutions.
- Deliver innovative technical products on an aggressive timeline with a team of world-class engineers and designers.
- Responsible for the end to end solution design and architecture.
- Be able to craft and own the 2-3 year product roadmap and product vision.
- Effectively communicate technical requirements to engineers and non-technical requirements to the business.
- Create PRD (Product Requirement Document) and create user stories.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the organization's technologies and architectures and IT industry best practices and emerging technologies.
- Implement systems solutions to comply with HR data privacy laws like GDPR and CCPA within ERP systems.
- Support and enhance worker data privacy controls and processes.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 1+ years experience in human resources related domains (HCM, Payroll, Compensation, Recruiting, Operations, Privacy etc.).
- 3+ years of experience implementing ERP such as Workday or Salesforce applications with demonstrated technical and functional experience.
- Experience independently working in a fast-paced environment with a proactive working style.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders and users.
- Experience in managing large initiatives and projects.
- Experience in HR Digital transformation to drive self-service and automation.
- 10+ years experience implementing or building solutions with enterprise software.
- Understanding of the latest technology such as bots, machine learning, and natural language processing.
- BS in computer science or related field.
