This is an exciting opportunity to join our Community Assessment and Treatment/Recovery team based in Littlehampton West Sussex
We are looking for an Occupational Therapist, Mental Health Social Worker or Registered Mental Health Nurse with experience of working with people with complex health conditions in mental health settings.

A passion for working with people to support individual recovery goals and to work collaboratively with the service user themselves, their carers, colleagues within the third sector, GPs and the wider mental health service within the Trust is essential.
The successful applicant will be part of a supportive smaller multi-disciplinary cluster team within the Assessment & Treatment Service, catering for a set group of GP practices within the Littlehampton area
You will receive high quality supervision, support and training to further develop your skills and experience in a community mental health setting working as part of a large integrated MDT supporting people with a wide range of complex mental health conditions and needs.
The role is varied, fast paced, interesting and at times challenging but also highly rewarding.

The post is suitable for an Occupational Therapist, Registered Community Mental Health Nurse or Social Worker The postholder is to work in partnership with service users in the designated care group with complex health presentations, developing their care plans and recovery plans to enable them to lead fulfilling lives. They will demonstrate an understanding of clinical interventions relevant the care group to include education, care plans and discharge planning, working closely with carers, families and partner agencies to facilitate this. The post holder will work at all times to promote the safety and the well being of service users and their families/carers. The post holder will assess, plan and implement care, and provide specialist mental health advice and promote recovery. They will provide clinical supervision to staff and students and act as a mentor for students.
