About the Role
Climate Connect Digital (CC.D) is looking for a highly creative and innovative Brand & Marketing Strategy Manager to lead our brand marketing strategy and initiatives. In this role, you will conduct end-to-end research into industry trends and public perceptions of our brand. In addition, you will use your experience and strategic thinking to identify long-term opportunities and directions for our brand.
You are keen on analysing data and transforming it into actionable strategies, advocating consumer-centric approaches, and have a knack for storytelling.
Job Responsibilities
- Define brand positioning and identity for CC.D to strengthen brand presence through the press, public relations, and live events.
- Create successful marketing campaigns to strengthen CC.D's brand identity and take ownership of their implementation from ideation to execution.
- Design engaging content for social, paid and internal media, with a precise aim to attract and convert our target customers.
- Develop marketing materials, collateral, advertisements and related content.
- Track the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing campaigns using KPIs and performance metrics.
- Track consumer insights and engagement to improve the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Experiment with various new channels around community, content, video, and industry thought leaders to drive brand awareness.
- Effectively collaborate with different teams to gather business insights such as strategy, product, and tech.
- Work with the Head of Growth and Partnerships to grow CC.D's brand affiliations and strategic partnerships.
Job Requirements
- A minimum of 5-6 years of experience designing and executing marketing campaigns, developing brand and marketing strategies and managing social media and content.
- Must have a Master's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Proficiency with CRM software such as HubSpot and CMS platforms such as WordPress.
- Possess a consumer-centric perspective and the knack for telling a good story.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Well-developed research and analysis skills to take data and transform it into actionable strategies.
- Project management experience, with a solid understanding of project management principles and techniques.

Salary: £30,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
