Introduction
The IBM Technology Global Industry team will accelerate the adoption of IBM technology with clear Industry use-cases and expertise to ensure competitive differentiation in client and ecosystem engagements. This includes:
Deep Technology + Industry insights and client relationships to address business needs and build trust
Harvest and share best practices globally to strengthen local market field team efficacy
Provide offering feature-set input to IBM Technology offering teams to position IBM for long-term success with IBM technology at the core of our client’s Hybrid Cloud and AI architectures.

Your Role and Responsibilities
  • Accelerate the adoption of IBM technology with clear Industry use-cases and expertise to ensure competitive differentiation in client and eco-system engagements
  • Enhance client value of the IBM Technology Sales Plays with Industry POV & Use Cases
  • ‘Verticalize’ IBM horizontal technology offerings with industry use cases
  • Accelerate ISV & GSI ecosystem adoption of IBM Technology by deploying use cases with select ISV’s and GSI’s
  • Integrate Red Hat capabilities with key Industry technology use cases

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

1.Ability to address specific industry business needs, industry architecture, industry security and regulatory requirements

2.Ability to articulate a client journey map for disruptive innovation based on firsthand experiences, insurer technical estate and debt, best practices and market trends

3.Ability to articulate value of IBM Sales Plays based on client’s business needs and technology commitments

4.Ability to bring together an integrated POV

5.Understand and apply consultative selling

6.Capturing Use Cases and Best Practices in IBM tooling
