Climate Investment Analyst, Graduate Role

About the role

We are seeking a high achiever with a passion for Environmental Studies and measuring the real-world economic impact of Climate Change. It’s a role requiring a multi-disciplinary approach and will suit an applicant with a solid knowledge foundation in environmental sciences and demonstrated interest in economics and financial markets. The desirable applicant will ideally be in their final year of university and be willing to work either full-time or part-time while completing their studies or will have recently completed their studies with 1-2 years of relevant industry work experience. The role will be Sydney based.

Areas of expertise include:

  • Degree or Double Degree in Finance/Economics/Computer or Data Science + Environmental Studies
  • An ability to work with large datasets in order to generate insights. A basic understanding of SQL and experience working with/maintaining databases is preferred. Additionally, a basic knowledge of or a willingness to learn programming languages such as Python and R will be viewed favourably.

Initially, the role will involve liaising with multiple research teams at Antipodes and assisting in expanding our knowledge base of global supply chains and their impact on Climate Change.
