Software Product Manager

As Business Partner and Technical Project Manager, you will be business partner with our Finance, Trading and Tax team and be responsible for leading a wide variety of cross-functional projects across a variety of these teams from both business and IT.
Responsibilities
- Business partners to understand business pain points and gather their cross functional IT requirements.
- Manage fast-paced cross-functional projects from end-to-end, covering a range of programs and subsystems.
- Develop and manage project plans and ensure on-time delivery.
- Work together with ERP product manager with strength and confidence through rapid development cycles, changing requirements, and uncertainty.
- Drive execution and completion of multiple projects at the same time across internal and external stakeholders.
- Cross-functionally communicate at a senior level key developments and updates on new projects.
job requirements
- BS in computer science.
- 2+ years' business partner manager experience in finance and global trading.
- 2+ years' technical program management experience in Automotive or manufactory industries.
- Prior systems engineering or software experience, and ideally experience with ERP system. Individual contributor design engineering experience is highly valued.
- Experience building, developing, and managing highly effective program management tools and processes.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills with ability to work in a highly cross-functional and global environment.
- Experience managing end-to-end product deployment — from concept through development and successful launch.
- Solid product sense with the ability to understand product architecture and as well as drive and criticize design decisions.
- Ability to quickly understand complex problems and effectively facilitate a team to decision and action.
- Proficiency with data manipulation and visualization preferred.
- Agile software development workflow familiarity preferred.
- Experience with MySQL, .Net is a plus.
