Data Warehouse (DW) Manager

The Data Warehouse (DW) Manager will oversee and manage a National Data Warehouse project implementation. This role will be responsible for providing broad vision and direction to produce a data warehouse that meets the government client’s needs and goals. The DW Manager will work closely with stakeholders to identify and propose initial and ongoing data warehousing and business intelligence projects. The DW Manager will coordinate the activities of multiple team leads and analysts to ensure the on-time delivery of each defined Data Warehouse development effort and act as a quality reviewer of all final work products to provide high-quality, client-ready deliverables.
Requirements: Bashelor's degree with 10-12 yrs of experience, Master's with 8-10 years of experience, Phd with 5-7 yers of experience in Computer Science, Engineering or similar required. Experience implementing Data Warehouse projects using Agile Methods (Scrum and/or Kanban) Experience implementing Data Warehouse projects in the Cloud and knowledge of cloud and security technologies especially on AWS Hands-on experience implementing Data Warehouses, BI and Data Analytical Tools (such as MicroStrategy, SAS, Business Objects), ETL Tools (such as Informatica, Talend, etc.), and use of collaboration and integration tools (such as SharePoint, Jira, Confluence, Slack, and Git) 5+ years of consulting experience (client-facing) related to data integration/ETL and data warehousing implementation Proven track record of delivery and successful implementation of enterprise data warehouses
Preferred Experience:
Experience working government healthcare, especially Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
Experience with Contact Center Operations that span multiple contact channels such as telephone, TDD/TYY, written correspondence, web chat, etc.
Experience working in an Agile environment.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication, and organizational skills
Should be deadline and closure oriented.
Strong persuasion, facilitation and influencing skills.
Should be self-driven.
Strong analytical, organizational, management, and system operations skills.
Proven track record on managing a program implementation requiring 24x7x365 support
Demonstrated ability to lead and work with cross functional teams including senior level individuals.
Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment with varying priorities, based on a team building culture.
Management experience of a Data warehouse with contact center and customer facing website data.

Colorado Salary Maximum: $204,400
