Data Warehouse Project Manager

The Data Warehouse (DW) Project Manager will provide comprehensive account support for a National Data Warehouse Task Order. The position will have full authority to perform all tasks related to the program requirements. The DW Project Manager shall act as the central point of contact with CMS for all program-wide and event-specific issues and will be responsible for all issue resolution and program management. The Project Manager will lead the creation of business intelligence for the program and will provide analyses and recommendations regarding future business intelligence enhancements. This position will be the central point of contact for a Peraton Healthcare IT government program. The Project Manager shall manage and staff projects, create and maintain project schedules, report status and issues, and submit and obtain approval for project budgets. The DW Project Manager will have authority over status meetings, project plans and deliverables. The DW Project Manager will also be responsible for scheduling and managing focus presentations for the government client (i.e.: CMS)
Bashelor's degree with 10-12 years of experience, Master's degree with 8-10 years of experience, PhD with 5-7 years of experience in Computer Science, Engineering or similar required Hands-on experience managing 100+ team members in successfully delivering on a program requiring 24x7x365 support Experience with managing projects in the Cloud and knowledge of cloud and security technologies especially on AWS
5+ years of Project Management experience in Data Warehousing environment
Experience in CMMI SDLC Project Lifecycle
Experience with budgeting and financial tracking Experience managing Agile Data Warehouse projects using Scrum and/or Kanban
Hands-on experience with Sharepoint, Jira, Confluence, and Slack
5+ years of consulting experience (client-facing) related to data integration/ETL and data warehousing implementation
Experience with additional Business Intelligence and analytics tools such as Cognos, Business Objects, MicroStrategy and Tableau.
Preferred Experience
Experience working government healthcare, especially Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
Experience with Contact Center Operations that span multiple contact channels such as telephone, TDD/TYY, written correspondence, web chat, etc.
Experience working in an Agile environment.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication, and organizational skills
Should be deadline and closure oriented.
Strong persuasion, facilitation and influencing skills.
Should be self-driven.
Strong analytical, organizational and project management skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead and work with cross functional teams including senior level individuals.

Colorado Salary Maximum: $229,400
