Downstream Marketing Product Manager
Ceribell Inc. is a rapidly growing venture capital backed medical technology startup based in Mountain View, CA. Ceribell deploys a cloud-linked, portable electroencephalogram (EEG) device to assess brain waves in minutes to identify the occurrence of seizures in emergency rooms and intensive care units. The Ceribell system is comprised of a brain stethoscope that converts brain waves into sound, enabling nurses and doctors to quickly diagnose seizures in order to more quickly administer live saving therapies. Ceribell received the first ever FDA 510(k) clearance for a digital seizure detection algorithm, and is growing its customer base and revenue rapidly. Ceribell, Inc. is looking for a Downstream Marketing Product Manager to be part of our rapidly growing business, supporting and developing programs to support commercial expansion and continued utilization. This position will support new product launches, develop sales material, and manage data tools to validate the economic impact of our technology. This is a key roll in the execution of Ceribell's commercial and corporate strategies.
Significant to your success is the ability to build successful partnerships with the sales force, gain a deep understanding of the clinical space, synthesize complex and diverse datasets, and make strategic decisions based on voice of customer and emerging trends.
This role will report directly to the Director of Marketing. The candidate should be based within California (ideally in the Bay Area) and expect to come to the office at least once per month.

Job Description
Use your creativity, intelligence, and adaptability to perform a broad range of downstream marketing functions including:
- Own the development and deployment of data tools to illustrate Ceribell's value
- Derive market insights by analyzing and reporting on sales data and sales trends
- Collaborate with upstream marketing and sales, to lead the product launch of Ceribell's current and next-generation platforms – including developing strategy, messaging, pricing, and sales material.
- Provide sales support by organizing and running local, regional, and national events – both live and virtually.
- Work with training department to identify and support the development of new training programs to meet our clinical adoption goals.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of med device or biotech/pharma marketing/sales experience
- Superior verbal/written communication and presentation skills, teambuilding, and interpersonal skills to work across multiple constituents
- Experience successfully launching and marketing or selling medical products
- Must have a good understanding of the healthcare environment to effectively respond to market concerns and provide technical support for products
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated, and be able to work independently with minimal direction
- Experience analyzing data and deriving impactful trends, then converting those insights into messaging and tools.
- Proficient software skills across all standard programs
- Bachelor's Degree required. MBA or Masters degree preferred
- Ability to travel 20%
