Security Risk Analyst

The Security Risk Analyst (SRA) will provide: crisis management coordination and facilitation, and security risk monitoring, analyses, and directly monitor alarms. Responsibilities will include managing email and phone communications, and reporting alarm system issues, generating and/or managing trouble tickets. Furthermore, supporting Large Scale Event (LSE) functions and/or deep dives tasked by the Crisis Manager (CM), or Assistant Crisis Manager (ACM).
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma, associate or college degree, or courses in Intelligence, International Relations/Law, IT, Criminal Justice, Political Science, Crisis Management, or related field.
- Experience providing crisis management triage
- Military/intelligence/law enforcement/geopolitical risk analysis experience
- Experience in an IT/Operations/Call/Command Center work environment
- Experience with Lenel or other alarm access control systems
- Experience monitoring alarms in a command center environment
- 1+ years of experience with MS Office Suite and programs to include Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, InfoPath, SharePoint, etc.
- Experience using multiple software applications simultaneously (software multi-tasking)
- Typing skills at 35 words per minute with high accuracy
- Experience working in fast paced environments.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Proficiency in a second language other than English is preferred
- An interest in security and crisis management
- High-level customer service skills as demonstrated by way of previous work history
- Multitasking skills including the ability to answer multiple phone lines, prioritize e-mail, instant message, and ticket related communication, and communicate clearly within a command center environment
