Product Management
ï'Ÿ Develop product marketing plan and event campaigns to generate product awareness and demand
ï'Ÿ Be responsible for coordination of product registration and launch
ï'Ÿ Work with RA/QA team to sustain the product quality and safety
ï'Ÿ Support sales to work out pre-sales, sales and post-sales issues with the necessary product knowledge and technical expertise
ï'Ÿ Acquire and consolidate competitor information
ï'Ÿ Find out sales issues by data analysis and provide sustainable solutions
ï'Ÿ Manage and execute marketing project in conjunction with all departments
ï'Ÿ Liaise with advertising and public relations to promote products
ï'Ÿ Translate and develop sales tools and training materials
ï'Ÿ Cross function collaboration with Sales, RA, Commercial Operation team, etc.
ï'Ÿ Collaborate with regional partner marketing group to research and quantify new business opportunities
Product in-market Promotion/STP/Value Proposition:
. Work out the promotion strategy, business plan and policy to ensure sales achievement by quarter
. Develop product Segmentation, Targeting and Positioning Consistently Verify the marketing event applications raised by sales team and support to implement the process
. Translate and update sales tools, including DA and slides, etc.
. Present product training internally and externally
. Top KOL management and maintenance
