FX Product Manager - C13 (VP), Corporate Sales FX

The FX Product Manager is a seasoned professional responsible for the end-to-end life-cycle of the Corporate Sales FX product, developing product plans, strategies, and tactics while continuously improving processes and technologies that support the product processing and delivery. This role will work closely with Sales, Technology, Operations, and Risk and Control teams to develop, strengthen and enhance FX products and processes, with the goal of generating competitive advantages and increasing market share.
The Product Manager will assist in coordinating global projects to harmonize local practices in the dozens of countries where Citi has a Corporate Sales FX presence around the world.

Responsibilities:
Execute on day-to-day product management activities for Corporate FX products, helping the team prioritize, negotiate, and remove obstacles to achieve business results
Manage the end-to-end delivery of Corporate FX products and services across our corporate clients’ trade lifecycle, from onboarding to settlement and post-sales support
Develop plans for improving processes, enhancing controls and strengthening the safety and soundness of our products
Coordinate implementation of tactical and strategic projects affecting multiple countries, regions and businesses
Contribute to achievement of revenue performance, identification and execution of opportunities and gaps
Keep abreast of the fast-changing technology landscape affecting FX and cross-border payments, including the rise of Fintechs, digital currencies, and increasing sophistication of our Clients
Employ data analysis to identify gaps and opportunities
Help drive innovation by working with internal and external partners to develop new products and features
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:
5-10 years of relevant experience in FX
Functional experience in FX, SWIFT, cross-border payments, product development, process improvement
Familiarity with current techniques such as job to be done, design sprint, agile, etc.
Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
Good project management skills
Thinks business first but quickly grasps and is conversant in IT concepts and their application to business processes
Entrepreneurial in spirit, gets things done
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build effective relationships and leverage a network of partners across business and technology
Demonstrated analytical skills, experienced in using data to identify opportunities and solve problems
Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

Education:
Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
Master’s degree preferred
