Growth Marketing Product Manager - Fei Book
Responsibilities
1 , Responsible for the functional iteration of key marketing products such as Feishu's official website, help center, CMS and marketing tools 2. Cooperate with user research and design teams to design product usage paths that meet the needs of SME customers. Planned A/B experiments (content, layout, CTA, operational tools, marketing tools, etc.) to improve the conversion rate of registration/retention 3. Cooperate with the delivery team to research and implement SEO optimization, including website architecture, content , internal links, etc. to increase organic search traffic. 4. Cooperate with the marketing activity team to jointly create new forms/new gameplays for Feishu press conferences and other online and offline activities.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of product experience, with English reading and writing skills 2. A/B experiment experience , proficient in data analysis, good at gaining insights from data 3. Sensitive to interaction and user experience, mature project management skills, strong interpersonal, organizational and collaboration skills 4. Understand 2B marketing functions and growth methodology, have Marketing platform and marketing automation experience plus points.
