Head of Field and Pipeline Marketing
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in field marketing.
- 5 years of experience building and leading marketing teams.
- Experience planning and executing multiple marketing programs with cross-functional stakeholders and building and executing campaigns.
Preferred qualifications:
- Ability to plan, organize, and coordinate across multiple partners to achieve successful, sustainable business results.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to tailor communication approach based on target audience insights.

The Field and Pipeline team is the trusted partner to our Sales organization, leading with a data-focused strategy that supports pipeline creation and acceleration.
As Head of Field and Pipeline Marketing in North America, you will work closely with Sales, Global Marketing, Executive Marketing, and Product Marketing to orchestrate go-to-market campaigns across Enterprise and Corporate segments. You'll drive substantial impact and growth for Google Cloud in North America. You will also analyze intent data and territory insights to drive targeted solutions and industry campaigns that will source demand and accelerate pipeline and business. In addition, you will establish trusted relationships and closely collaborate with key partners across Marketing, Sales, and Product Marketing.

Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to Sales leadership by ensuring adequate pipeline coverage, providing regular marketing updates and insight, and surfacing subregional needs to the broader marketing organization.
- Partner with North America Sales leaders to build annual/bi-annual rolling field marketing plans for customers across Enterprise and Corporate segments.
- Drive customer acquisition and pipeline generation programs such as events, campaigns, account-based marketing, and executive engagement.
- Drive data-driven decision-making and action plans by understanding performance, trends, issues, and solutions. Forecast, measure, analyze, and report the impact of demand creation programs and campaigns.
- Hire, manage, lead, and inspire a team of field marketing experts with a deep commitment to culture building and investing in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI).
