Accountabilities:

• Defines functional, usability, reliability, performance and support requirements of a system

• Coordination with Customer SME's, IT Managers, Offshore and the onsite team deliverables.

• Facilitate requirement gathering sessions with business users and document user stories that provides appropriate scope of work for technical team

• Act as a liaison with all Stakeholders at all levels and worked closely with Developers, Testers and UAT teams throughout the development life cycle.

• Represent the Business Requirements through User Stories and Grooming the user stories/defects with the teams

• Work with Product Owner in prioritization of sprint backlog ahead of the planning meetings.

• Facilitate sprint grooming meetings and participate in Agile Release Train, Sprint Planning and retrospective meetings and with teams

• Conduct GAP Analysis between the existing projects and the proposed project to map the systems and evaluate their utility toward the new project.

• Responsible for resolving and/or driving the resolution to issues and risks through evaluation of differing opinions to negotiate resolution and priority.

• Coordination with Customer SME's, IT Managers, Offshore and the onsite team deliverables.

• Partners with business, architecture and infrastructure and oversees all service levels to ensure business area satisfaction.

• Assesses current project status and supports quick decision making to achieve successes

• Works with the IT learning organization to mentor and assist in training initiatives and performs estimates for application functionality enhancements.

• Proactively works with stakeholders to identify future system opportunities and enhancements. Develops use cases.

Salary: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
