Job Description: Part-Time HR and Health and Safety Administrator
Reporting to: Managing Director and Sales Director
A storage solutions company based in Milton Keynes is seeking a part-time HR and Health and Safety Administrator.

Core responsibilities of the HR and Health and Safety Administrator
- Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts and new hire guides
- Update internal databases (e.g. record sick)
- Organize and maintain personnel records
- Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms
- Ensure policies and procedures are being adhered to
- Carrying out Display Screen Equipment workstation assessments and keeping up-to-date records
- Implementing improvement measures on completion of each individual workstation DSE Assessment if needed
- Providing suitable and sufficient Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to employees and ensuring these are collected from leavers, as well as keeping up-to-date records
- Assisting with risk assessments for all departments/tasks
- Carrying out accident investigations as required
- Conducting regular office inspections to check that procedures are being properly implemented and taking necessary action when needed
- Attending relevant meetings as required.
To succeed in this role, you will need the following skills, experience and requirements:
- Proficiency with computers and office applications
- Competent user of Microsoft Excel (this skill will be tested)
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to organise and prioritise workload
- Flexible and adaptable to change
- Self-motivated to work proactively on own initiative
- A confident can-do attitude
- Willingness to help
- Good communication skills

Hours
Monday to Friday 9:30 to 14:30
Salary: Competitive
