Infrastructure Warehouse Project Manager

  • Seeking someone with no more than 5 years experience as a PM looking to grow with the business

You will be responsible for managing multiple, varied projects which support the business strategic plans. You will have the opportunity to play a role in the development of the PMO and work on several challenging and rewarding projects.

You will need to demonstrate proven working experience with managing concurrent IT projects in the infrastructure / cloud, security, web / digital, application and integration space.

  • Managing several key projects with the goal of delivering every project on time, within budget and scope.
  • Will be expected to work across minimum 3 projects at any one time with conflicting schedules. MUST be experienced in this.
  • Balancing Group IT project management requirements whilst ensuring that business needs are met.
  • Effectively managing projects from the initiation, execution and review stages.
  • Coordination of the business and IT resources required for success.
  • Proactive PM that doesnt need managing - able to lift projects off the ground & see them through.



Key Selection Criteria

  • Proven working experience in project management within the Information Technology sector, specifically with managing concurrent IT projects in the infrastructure / cloud, security, web / digital, application and integration space.
  • Experience in management of project meetings, including scheduling, minutes and action items.
  • Ability to work effectively with key stakeholders to manage expectations, investigate options and make recommendations.
  • Proven business acumen and demonstrated ability to build business partnerships.
  • Proven organisation skills and ability to manage competing deadlines for multiple projects within specific timeframes.
  • A creative and innovative approach to problem solving.
  • Highly developed analytical skills with an ability to remain focused on outputs and to adjust delivery mechanisms to meet deadlines and project needs.
  • Highly developed interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively negotiate and communicate specific issues where there are competing agendas and priorities.
  • Ability to manage and lead professional staff, contractors, and multi-disciplinary teams to achieve the project objective.
