What you’ll achieve
The Customer & Finance Shared Services Group is in search of a ML Ops Engineer with strong technical skills and engineering drive. The ML Ops Engineer will design and drive the deployment of machine learning algorithms into production ensuring that best practices are embedded in end-to-end solutions.

You will:

  • Apply common and advanced machine learning techniques to deploy models on large-scale data. This requires knowledge of a broad range of automation tools like
  • Generate new practices and processes for effective ML engineering, in alignment with core subject-matter expertise
  • Evaluate data science models in terms of outcomes and computational performance
  • In partnership with Dell leadership, you will realize a long-term vision that transforms the processes of today into new AI-driven processes.

Essential Requirements

  • 4+ Working knowledge of Python, Packages, Code Constructs and Object-Oriented Methodology
  • Deep understanding of ML Algorithm Scalability, Result Reproducibility
  • Hands-on experience with working on Kubernetes extensions, building CRDs, operators using Operator framework
  • Experience in designing & building real-time, large scale production-grade microservices applications
  • Good Knowledge of full-stack infrastructure.
  • Experience with scripting and automation is desirable (Bash, Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins)
  • Experience with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, flannel, CoreOS, etc.)
  • Efficient Coordination with DS Team and execution of project plan by working with POs to define, sequence, and estimate effort
  • Proficiency with containers, orchestration technologies, Git and Continuous Integration (CI)/Continuous Delivery (CD) pipelines
  • Experience with product architecture designing
  • Build practices in ML Ops that combine Machine Learning, DevOps, and Data Engineering, which aim to deploy and maintain ML systems in production reliably and efficiently.
  • Model & Data Versioning Automated Version Control & tracking of model versions, along with the data used to train it, and some meta-information like training hyperparameters.
  • Model Output & Data Validation Automating process of Model output & Data validation with proper Metrics relevant to each model used in ML Algorithms
  • Monitoring Build & Production Systems using automated monitoring & alarm tools.


Desirable Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree/Master's degree/PhD
  • Implementing Automated MLOPS, Edge deployments using Kubernetes
  • Knowledge of machine learning
