Roles & Responsibilities:
The Product Manager, Personalization will create value ($$$M incremental benefit) from our customers unique, · rich, and rapidly growing data, co-ordinate execution with marketing agencies, data science, digital engineering/marketing technology/campaign management/channel management, reporting teams
· Analyze and derive insights from customer behavior, and sales data to identify opportunities for customer segmentation, audience selection, offer selection etc.
· Your mandate in particular will be to develop and execute a product vision and roadmap. Drive a personalization roadmap that unlocks revenue opportunities across customer cohorts (first time purchaser/repeat purchase, anonymous/identified, etc.)
Define and track metrics to assess success and failure of products, while ensuring the team and stakeholders are aligned on goals
Experience Required:
The right candidate will be a strong hands-on product management practitioner with high energy, ownership, and a collaborative attitude. He/she will have a strong background in managing marketing & personalization products in retail, ecommerce or CPG domain. The right candidate will have a fantastic ‘can-do’ attitude and willingness to roll up their sleeves in delivering targets.
Qualifications
· Expertise in product managing personalized marketing campaigns in various digital channels & direct mail
· Deeply curious: you operate with a sense of urgency and always look for new ways to understand our customer’s customers and create value on their behalf
· Biased for action: you make good decisions with incomplete data and are constantly optimizing for learning
· Metrics savvy: you can seamlessly straddle thinking about both the product and the business and are equally comfortable talking about retail metrics and financial targets
· 6+ years of product management, 3+ years of product management working on personalization or marketing campaigns
· Strong analytical skills: You’re facile with data analysis and have familiarity with Excel, databases, and SQL and running A/B tests at scale
· Excellent communication skills: you communicate clearly and concisely, including with leadership, and can tailor your message to your audience
