As a Monobrand Account Manager, you will be responsible to design the best strategy forward to grow our Monobrand stores to ensure we have optimal coverage and the best customer experience across the geography. Key Qualifications
- Extensive business development and/or program management experience, retail or consumer sales.

Description
In this role, you will be expected to: Build strong, influential and collaborative business relationships with our reseller community and work together to drive results and deliver high quality customer experience in each of the Monobrand Point of Sales (POS). Have a deep understanding of the local nuances, stay curious to seek out new opportunities and seasonalities to expand our market share and customer base. Set ambitious business goals with corresponding plans to achieve these goals in a sustainable manner. In doing so, you are expected to be creative and have the tenacity to follow through with your plans. Deliver a phenomenal customer experience will be your mantra and you carry this into every conversation, you will seek out creative ways to serve our customers better to enrich their experience with our products. Work tenaciously across all levels of our reseller’s organisation to raise the bar and push them to develop proficiencies to deliver this. Be the guardian of Apple's Consumer Journey programs execution at Monobrand partners (SEED, Coach, Mystery Shopper, Store Audit, Training, Engagement Campaigns, Switcher Campaigns, etc)
Education & Experience
BS/BA or equivalent experience Retail Experience is an added advantage.
