Apple Internet Software and Services (IS&S) is seeking an exceptional and highly driven Partner Marketing Program Manager. This team is part of Apple’s International Content & Services Marketing team, which covers the App Store, Apple Arcade, Apple Music, Apple TV and TV+, iTunes, Apple Books, Apple News, iCloud, Apple Fitness+ and Apple One businesses, across all markets outside of the United States. This is a really exciting time to join our fast-paced, fun and diverse team tasked with ensuring our partnerships deliver on their objectives whilst staying true to the Apple brand. This is a permanent contract based in the UK and reports to the Partner Marketing Media & Lifestyle Lead. The team’s mission is to develop scalable programs and lead key external partnerships across verticals including but not limited to carrier, retail, financial, automotive, consumer electronics, media & lifestyle. The Partner Marketing Program Manager will lead new key external partnerships across various verticals with a special focus on the affiliate program across International. You will collaborate with the Global team to understand the goals of central initiatives and work with partners to understand their business objectives in order to build effective go-to-market plans and seamless customer experiences. You will work with our regional teams and agency partners to establish a pipeline of partnerships, driving awareness and new user acquisition. You will use data to modify and develop these partnerships to drive greater efficiency, scale and effectiveness. Working in the Central Marketing team, you will be responsible for helping local marketing teams utilise tools, best practices and share case studies.

Key Qualifications

  • Passionate about the Apple brand with a deep understanding of the digital software and media landscape and Apple’s role within it.
  • Strong business and strategic acumen with proven history of having led large-scale marketing campaigns, programs or partnerships.
  • Experience of leading and growing large scale affiliate programs.
  • Can build strong internal and external relationships to effectively communicate Apple’s platform message and benefits to partners.
  • Persuasive and effective at interacting with all levels of the partner organisation, from analyst to director.
  • Results-focused with strong attention to detail, remarkable follow-through and an ability to focus on the customer experience.
  • Organised, able to adapt quickly and comfortable with dealing with ambiguity!
  • Track record of driving outstanding marketing campaigns across digital, traditional media and retail channels.
  • Experience structuring mutually beneficial marketing partnerships and presenting premium brands within 3rd party environments.
  • Hands-on marketing experience across all media channels.
  • A hands-on attitude and able to work cross-functionally within a global organisation.
  • Extraordinary written, communication and presentation skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Experience of collaborating and managing agency partners.

Description

Lead and execute partnerships to grow Apple’s subscription business and drive incremental media value. Deliver awareness, subscriptions and engagement with Apple services though partners. Develop marketing plans and integration opportunities for key marketing partnerships across international markets. Ensure a streamlined customer journey across all sign-up channels. Lead all aspects of partnership planning, from pre-launch through to launch and sustain. Collaborate cross-functionally both internally and externally and ensure partner roles and responsibilities are adhered to. Champion both internal and external relationships to ensure smooth roll-out of planned partner launches and campaigns. Communicate results to management in a timely, concise and effective way. Continuously define and improve our work to advise future partnerships and campaigns.
