The products we build are used by millions of people around the world and you’ll see their logos on an EPL team, the UFC, advocated by e-gamers and in a number of other sporting places.
The last 2 years have been huge for us, we have grown from 20 to 90+ team members. Whilst the products that we build are global, the majority of the team sits in Melbourne at our Australian headquarters in the heart of the CBD where we have 2 amazing offices in the same building with all the bells and whistles you could ever want including an in-house barista, pool, and table tennis tables, PS5 and Nintendo Switches, a meditation room, help yourself drinks fridge and snack wall, catered breakfast daily, weekly massages and a pub lunch.
What you will do
As the Sports Marketing Product Manager, you will help to maximise our growth through the successful implementation of marketing strategies and communication relating to our sports product. You will have the opportunity to work across multiple markets and regions and you will design promotions and content based on each of your individual target markets.
You will also be responsible for driving our retention strategy for our sports product by reducing the turnover of customers for our biggest gaming client.

Marketing is what you know and love but, in this role, you get to couple your technical capabilities with your passion for the Sporting industry.
You are an experienced Sports Marketer who loves to collaborate with the wider team and utilize their expertise to execute the best campaigns, develop the most relevant content and create high revenue promotions to enhance player retention and grow our brand.
Requirements
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Point Manage the sports product from a marketing perspective, which includes driving
content, inventing promotions and maximizing key opportunities within the sports
product. - Drive strategy in relation to content being displayed on site, through email and
SMS campaigns as well as on social media. - Make decisions based on analytics and data surrounding the sports product.
- Create promotions to enhance player retention and key KPIs.
- Monitor performance, promotional activity, and content through analysis.
- Using data and key objectives of the company, identify opportunities to enhance
turnover within the product. - Work closely with CRM team to ensure all content is communicated out to players
appropriately. - Work closely with the Sponsorship team to ensure all key partnerships within the
company are having their deliverables attended to. - Ensure all regions are being tapped into content-wise, working with region based
CRMs and Affiliate Managers.
You’re perfect for this role if
- Two years + working in Sports sector Marketing
- Retention marketing knowledge
- Gambling knowledge and experience
- Passionate team player with the ability to work with colleagues across departments
- An eye for detail, enhancing the experience of customers through top-line communication and content
- Fluent English both written and spoken
- You have experience working with creative teams, such as digital design, to prepare visual assets for campaigns.
- Detail-oriented and well organized. You know how to prioritize, and you consider the broader implications of your actions on the projects you participate in.
- You can manage complexity and to progress with several tasks at a time.
It would be a bonus if you also had (Desirable skills):
- Cryptocurrency knowledge would be advantageous
- Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs), Slack, Airtable & Intercom
- Australian work rights are preferred.
