Technical Business Analyst
Stacked is looking to add a talented Technical Business Analyst to join a dynamic group of professionals that are dedicated to simplifying crypto investing as a regulated investment advisor.

Your Core Contributions To The Team
- Help drive the overall design of assigned technical projects as well as recommending best practices for solutions based on business needs.
- Work with multiple stakeholders to create strategic design and mapping of business requirements and solutions to system/technical requirements.
- Perform system analysis of software programs, applications, and web services, using best practice techniques (e.g. Data Modeling, State Diagrams, User Stories, Functional Decomposition, etc.).
- Determine system efficiency and functionality by liaising with internal departments and end-users.
- Efficiently integrate new systems, programs, and applications with business operations and services.
- Ensure consistency and traceability between requirements, functional and non-functional specifications, testing & validation, and support testing and training across the departments.
- Collaborate with the Engineering Architecture and Security groups to help implement new advancements in the field security, and systems and enterprise architecture.
- Ensure solutions meet compliance and fiduciary standards.
- Analyze third party APIs, and other methods of data exchange, required for integration with new and existing products.
- Communicate with third party vendors and partners to address technical design questions and issues.
- Take a proactive role in promoting and enforcing requirements gathering and documentation practices.
About You
Knowledge, abilities, and qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology, and an accredited qualification in management consultancy, or similar.
- Extensive experience in technical business analysis in a related industry - ideally within both B2C and B2B environments.
- Advanced knowledge of system integration solutions and fintech technical services.
- Ability to facilitate internal end-user proficiency.
- Ability to design and maintain efficient feedback channels.
- Ensuring optimal system functionality via integrated diagnostics.
- Advanced knowledge of data security and encryption.
- Ability to keep up with IT advancements.
- Exceptional communication skills toward facilitating the use of new software systems.
- Knowledge of relevant licensing and industry compliance regulations.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and extraordinary attention to detail and follow-through.
- Exceptional documentation skills.
- Highly adaptable, self-motivated, and lean toward action.
