Short Description –

- Roles and Responsibilities:
- Facilitation of workshops to elicit and capture requirements
- Formulating recommendations for appropriate action by factual investigation and analysis with help of appropriate best practices, tools, and techniques.
- Conceptualizing, defining, and maturing business- functional and non-functional requirements
- Able to break down work into epics, features, stories, and specifying acceptance criteria, to enable the effective planning and delivery of work, when working in Agile teams.
- Ability to identify opportunities, create solutions, present them as business cases to key stakeholders and execute the solution proposed.
- Work with product architects on business case development and project plan.
- Provide input into technical impact and gap analysis, design, and research, working as part of a technical capability team in one or more missions.
- Align requirements specifications across domains and ensure requirements traceability for design, development, testing and launch
- Working in a collaborative and agile environment along with core agile delivery teams
- Act as a facilitator between various teams and stakeholders to clarify requirements
- Skills /Competencies:
- Experience in working with Telecom clients
- Minimum of 6-8 years’ experience working as a Business Analyst
- Should demonstrate knowledge of Telecom Industry Standards/ regulations/ best practices in Telecom area like Frameworx, ITIL
- Expert at defining the requirements and functional design via structured business analysis and agile methods
- Should have knowledge of the broad range of telecom domains like Product Modelling, CRM, Fulfilment, Assurance, Billing, Self-care etc.
- Should be able to work independently and capture requirements by talking to multiple system owners and vendors in the role of BA
- Additional Skills:
- Excellent customer interfacing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
