We are a dynamic eCommerce fulfillment company located in Ferndale, MI. We aim to create the perfect fulfillment solution for brands looking to ship merchandise directly to their customers. We specialize in music and sports merchandise and are looking to add another member to our rapidly growing staff!

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking to hire a customer service manager to act as a liaison between our internal team of stakeholders and external client teams. This person will manage a small team that is responsible for handling all return packages, including processing exchanges or troubleshooting customer issues. Direct team members to maintain organization of stock, re-stock items, and other customer service tasks as needed.

Hours are Monday-Friday 8am-4pm.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in warehousing, customer service, general fulfillment, or light industrial work
  • Management experience in a customer service setting preferred
  • Zendesk or similar customer service platform experience preferred
  • Must be able to perform physical warehouse work, including sorting and moving products
  • Proven track record of attention to detail, efficiency and accuracy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
