We specialize in music and sports merchandise and are looking to add another member to our rapidly growing staff!
JOB SUMMARY
We are looking to hire a customer service manager to act as a liaison between our internal team of stakeholders and external client teams. This person will manage a small team that is responsible for handling all return packages, including processing exchanges or troubleshooting customer issues. Direct team members to maintain organization of stock, re-stock items, and other customer service tasks as needed.
Hours are Monday-Friday 8am-4pm.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in warehousing, customer service, general fulfillment, or light industrial work
- Management experience in a customer service setting preferred
- Zendesk or similar customer service platform experience preferred
- Must be able to perform physical warehouse work, including sorting and moving products
- Proven track record of attention to detail, efficiency and accuracy
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
