Warehouse System Assistant Manager
We are seeking a Warehouse System Assistant Manager to join our client's warehouse operations team at Kings Park NSW (Near Blacktown).
You will be the functional subject matter expert in their WMS (Warehouse Management System) and will be responsible for business requirements gathering, enhanced functionality, and system training with the ultimate goal of maximizing warehouse throughput and efficiencies.
You will gather and advise on business requirements and work with our Product team to ensure a proper solution is delivered and implemented to our network of 10+ warehouse partners. You will also design, develop, and deliver virtual/in person training to internal teams and external warehouse partners.
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Execute on warehouse configurations, enhancements, and operations within our WMS
· Lead strategic initiative execution, including responsibility for timelines, priorities, and outcomes
· Gather and translate functional business requirements to technical resources and ensuring ultimate solution delivery
· Perform User Acceptance Testing on new WMS functionality
· Consult with internal operations teams and warehouse partners on configuring and optimizing the WMS
· Train employees and our Warehouse partners on the new WMS functions
· Assist to create detailed training and new functionality roll out plans, including both virtual and on-location training
· Liaise with our WMS Support Team as necessary on critical issue fixes
Requirements and Qualifications:
· Experience managing projects
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate effectively
· MS Office Proficiency (Excel/Word/Outlook/PPT)

Salary: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
